We guarantee the authenticity and condition of every item we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of purchasing for a prompt refund.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds can be requested within 10 days of the date of despatch, and exchanges within 30 days from the date of despatch. If you choose to exchange your item outside of the 10 day refund policy, a refund will not be offered for the exchanged item unless the product is faulty.

We cannot accept responsibility for items damaged in transit to us and for this reason we would recommend that items are includes an insurance provision. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery.Items which have been damaged through misuse will not be refunded.

CANCELATION

 

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order with us at any time within 14 days of receiving your goods.In the event we are unable to deliver your order within our standard delivery timescales you are entitled to cancel your order with no penalty.

Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods, this will not include delivery charge if you have cancelled after your order has been dispatched. Any service not provided by us, such as a special delivery service will not be refunded. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods, which means the goods must be unused.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT(S)

 

All our products are extensively inspected prior to delivery. We cannot guarantee that damage will not occur during delivery. In the event of any item(s) being damaged upon receipt please contact the gallery on +44(0)1558 660001 and we will arrange for a replacement item.

Subject to any specific warranties we offer in relation to particular products, or those which are implied by law, we do not offer any warranty or guarantee on our products. If the Product(s) are found to be defective (through no fault of your own wearing or use), we will repair or replace the Product(s) or refund the price paid by you, including any delivery charges you paid, provided that you have not worn or used and damaged the Product(s).
